FOOD PRODUCTION CENTRE AT BENTIVOGLIO - 2010

The centre is located next to a school complex in the comune of Bentivoglio. The building contains a kitchen able to provide approx. 600 meals a day which are distributed to the various schools in the area.

The building is one storey with technical plant including solar panels located on the roof. 

The distribution of the spaces can be reassumed as the following:

-changing rooms and services for the staff, an office and relaxation area;

-storage area with external covered loading/unloading area;

-kitchen;

-separate equipment washing-up area;

-meals dispatch  area, with adjacent covered loading bay;

-technical areas.
