This new office and commercial building replaces some existing industrial buildings on the site which is located in via di Corticella 184/10 Bologna.
The new 10 storey building has a square plan, consists of approx. 2400 sq. m of floor area and is positioned in the centre of the site. Visitor parking and green space is provided around the building on the ground floor. Further parking and storage area is provided in the underground floor.
Each floor has a maximum of 4 units which can be unified or divided according to market requirements. Vertical circulation is provided by a central lift and stair core. There is also a second emergency escape stair.
The external appearance of the building is characterized by balconies with glass parapets on three sides which are designed as acoustic shields to reduce the impact of noise from the busy via di Corticella.
